Krabi province has it all and it offers you the most diverse
natural beauty, starting from a dozen islands in the Andaman
Sea complete with stretches of soft coral sand and surrounded
by crystalline waters, the home of some very colourful
coral reefs.
Towering rocky cliffs, caves harbouring Buddhist temples,
waterfalls, seemingly endless plantations of rubber and
oil palm trees, lush and green national parks home to
different species of fauna and flora, verdant mangrove
forests and inlets that wind their way under soaring cliffs
of karst mountains.
Amongst them a shell cemetery millions of years old. This all
has come to symbolize Krabi: the province and surrounding area
is considered to be one of the most beautiful parts of the world.
Scuba diving in unique soft coral reefs, world-class dive
areas where you can see an amazing variety of marine life;
fishing trips aboard fully equipped local boats; rock
climbing days in the Railay peninsula; sea and river kayaking;
and a growing number of eco-tours.
