    Payment facilities shown below are an indication only. We have flexible options that include monthly installments and even credit facilities. Time frame to build a complete custom made home is approximately 8 to 10 months; this can be reduced to 6 months if needs be. Payments will reflect period of purchase and duration of construction, to suit client's needs.

    1st payment 200,000 Thai baht at reservation.
    2nd payment 30% of the total price of the house and land on signing the contract, less the first payment paid.
    3rd payment 40% of the total price of the house and land at the half way point of the proposed building schedule.
    4th payment 30% of the total price of the house and land on registration of the title deeds.
